Slow service wait time well over an hour to cancel a phone. Does not allow online or by phone cancel must go to Kuwait City to cancel and wait in a beetlejuice line with slow moving staff

This is the worse ever network I have experience in my entire life!
So, I am gonna tell you what happened to me because really I cannot accept it anymore and I am really really frustrated!! Before, I was very happy because you have a very good connection and everything is fine. I used to pay 7.5 kwd as monthly charges and I was very happy for that. Then I went to Salmiya Branch to update my account and then they have told me that I can pay 6kd monthly since I am loyal and a good customer of you. So, I’ve agreed to that and I was really expecting for huge change because I will not pay 7.5 anymore. Before I went to vacation for one month, I paid everything so that I will not be hassle anymore when I reach back to Kuwait. But unfortunately, when I was in the airport and checked my router I don’t have an internet connection and yes, they cut my line!!! I went directly to Ooredoo Branch in the airport. There was an Arabic guy who attended me. He kept on talking and laughing with his colleague during that time even he was in the counter and on duty hours and I was very pissed off and upset. He told me that someone re-new my contract and upgraded to 400gb something like that and issued me a new router so I have to pay 20+ kd something to get back my connection!! I was really really upset and argue with him because first I didn’t receive any new router in the first place. Second, I didn’t upgrade my contract and third I made sure that I paid everything before I went for vacation and I will not pay whatever charges he said to me that day! So then he got nervous and brought my connection back again without paying anything! After freaking 2 weeks my internet was gone again!! I went to Avenues branch and hoping that they might help me but then again and very unfortunate they didn’t!! I went to Salmiya branch to fix things and I even paid for like 40kd almost for the total amount charges they have told to pay until now I didn’t have an internet connection!! Like what the hell is wrong with you guys and everything you have done to me was all messed up!! I was trying to call your number yet nobody is concern to answer your phone calls!! You cannot help me from the very beginning and everything right now is sooo frustrating!! I will not accept any apologies anymore and I will make sure that this case will definitely go to your head office and I will let them know how your have treated this way!!! I will never ever pay any single money for the very poor service I Have experience in your company!!! I hope everything is clear and I really really upset of how you treat your customer which is used to be your local customer but I regret trusting your company anymore!
