Decent place that is most ideal for budget related situations. Small and cozy, within the budget, and the staff is also very curteous and helpful. Parking in Ramadan is easy but otherwise you have a considerable amount of parking near the sawabir area. The only downside would be a lack of class if thats what youre looking for!

Honestly i didn't stay in this hotel, but i would like to recommend it to whoever is coming to Kuwait for a business meeting with one of the banks, the location of the hotel is almost centered to all maim bank branches, you can walk a few minutes to reach any head office of almost all the banks in Kuwait, also very close to Kuwqit Stock Market (Borsa) and some other business towers.
For tourists, kuwait is a very small county where you stat doesn't really matter much, this location is close to Mubarakyeh Market, its an old traditional Market, you can find almost everything in here, from sleeping pajamas to gold shops , gift shops and much more But be careful not all are at good prices Bargain And it depends when you go, if it was not crowded, then bargin to get some good discounts, if it's crowded some sellers might be aggressive or impolite responding to your discount requests.
It's worth mentioning that this location is close to the grand mosque, and easily you can reach Souq Sharq mall, the famous Kuwait Towers and some fine dining restaurants along the sea road (Gulf Road).response / report this review -

Staff is very nice. Beds are clean. Carpet is dirty. Some rooms have cigarette smell. Location is great. 3 stars because of the room and breakfast

The rooms are OK, quite old establishment. The restaurant is very bad. The staff is slow and lethargic food is bad. They served stale food.

I have stayed here more than 10 times. It's really a nice hotel to stay . But it's purely a business hotel and not advised for family stays. Lively coffee shops nearby
