  No friendly staff. no information.. if we ask my certificate reach they say we have forwarded to foreign affairs.. if we go foreign affairs they say you are not suppose you come here ie call here.. go to sanabil back.or contact embassy If I call embassy they say you are not suppose to call or visit here..

  No one actually answers the phone, their procedures are outdated, having a meeting with an authorized person their is hard, you will find your self spending hours uselessly! They have an outdated system to contact the cultural offices, their official email is not working, they say they deal by email but they DONT.

  Helpful and friendly staff in the ministry. Although not enough signage provided outside, inside the building, and no information desk or anybody to ask at the enterance although the offices are distributed in more than 11 floors! Parking area is not sufficient, very difficult, and not organized.

  Since we all know that we are going to wait at least 50 minutes. please change the seats IT HURTS! For real I mean why the suffer while waiting.

  IF IT'S THURSDAY - STAY HOME. They do not see anyone on Thursdays. They will be there, floor doors will be locked and will only open for their food and drinks to go in and out.
  
  -Place is chaotic, expect going from one floor to another for stamps and signatures.
  
  -Employees are pathetic, if two people ask you to go to different places, it means they don't know what the hell is going on; go DIRECTLY to their supervisor, they'll tell you whats next.

  -Worst government institute, very chaotic.
  -Every floor has one employee that knows what the hell is going on, the rest are basically a lame excuse for a human being.
  -Calls are never answered, mailbox is always full.
  -No visitors on Thursday. Oh, they are in their offices all day but they lock the door and do not see anyone.

  Extreme nightmare for expats. Unfriendly egyptian staff who do not speak english. They typed my certificate wrong in arabic I had to revisit them.

  The staff are always helpful and do everything in hand to help you. Really unexpected from a governmental agency. If there was a 6 stars option I would have given it to them.

  The worst service ever, they treat you as if you were their peasants and they NEVER answer the phone, no matter how bad your emergency is. If there was a 0 star option, I would have put that.

  Nice place with planty of parking. Elevator get very crowded. They dont take visters in Thursday.
