They don't respect people's time.

So I'm here in Mazaya Real Estate office to pick up the NOC we have applied 7 days back. It was a horrendous experience ever. After waiting for 7 days for it to be ready and on the time of pick up, they say the paper is with CEO and waiting for him to sign for 1 hour I have been waiting??? How ridiculous is that??? Maybe they like pissing people off!!!
