Beautiful venue, great coffee, the intention is there, but the management of the venue space upstairs kind of got in the way of this being a 5-star review.
Manager of venue is unprofessional, and has the wrong mentality to be managing an art venue.
He wasted our time on long meetings that seemed like they were going somewhere and then went nowhere, when explaining the price of the venue he mentions services to be included but followed up on none of them, even calling us the day before the event an hour before our ENTIRE team started arriving to set up to tell us we couldn't come by for another 2-3 hours because he *might* meet a client.
Overall the management put in minimal effort, while expecting us to pick up slack. Asking us to draw up documents and then not reading them etc. As much as I loved the location, definitely won't be hosting another event here. Event spaces should really support the organizations that create in them, especially when creating for a good cause, and we didn't feel that at all.response / report this review -

Really loved the theme of the place; gives a homy feeling whether you’re there to study, read, look at the artworks, play board games, or just drink coffee and feel comfortable.
Even the books are various, there are: comics, information books, and some novels around. Just go there and have fun!response / report this review -

Such a cozy place for studying or enjoying a friends company while getting coffee and playing board games. Coffee was great and the workers were very friendly and welcoming. The only bad thing about this place is the parking - a bit of a squeeze!

It's cozy and artistic a true modern heaven I love it - you may have to park far but put your headphones and enjoy the whole area around masa7a too in a busy industrial Shuwaik . Masaha13 added life and joy
