an order from the USA arrived at their facility, it just stayed there for several days before they returned it.
they did NOT explain how to collect parcels + they did NOT deliver, they did NOT pickup the phone.

Very bad and worst service.
I will never use this post system in future.
1month before I used this system and every time I checked my parcel details.when it's reached Kuwait no anybody contact me or col me.after one week when I go to office in Kuwait city he said that your parcel has been returned to india. When I asked him why???
He just reply me mobile number not mention on that parcel. I told him this is wrong, I show him my parcel's picture in which clearly mentioned my mobile number and address.
But he didn't reply me.

Please don't choose this post system.

Very bad service. My important document has reached Kuwait (as shown in tracking)on 26/12/18 but till now no one contacted me. I don't know where to go. Why their department is not taking any disciplinary action against their lazy employees
