Worst experience ever!!! Unfriendly staff although im an oasis member. Customer service is so bad they are unprofessional. I’m really disappointed don’t waste your time and book with another airways, not worth ur money.

This is one of the biggest kuwait airways office situated in the level 1 of grand Avenue
We can enter through gate No16 to the first floor
There is enough waiting area and more counters
We can collect tokens from the reception and can do our work according to the token numbers

This is their new branch. Located on the mezzanine floor very near Cheesecake factory and Raising Canes. Open all 7 days a week. They use the token system. Decent amount of seating available while waiting. Can get most ticketing, frequent flyer work done here.

Inside the Avenue mall, this Kuwait Airways office is situated. They have skilled manpower for the job that to be done. Specially here you can have done your OASIS club membership wotks,like millages adding and redeem. Buying ticket and cancellation are all common like other office. Its little inside of the mall. You have to search for it. On the left side of the chesscake factory ist floor,if you enter from ikea gate. And one thing for the government employees, you can not buy tickets from here on PTA. you have to buy it from Farwaniya branch. Good luck.
