  أسوأ مكان قد تتعامل معه في حياتك،المكان دائما مزدحم والخدمة بطيئة جدا، تستطيع اثناء الانتظار سماع شجار المدير مع الموظفين و صراخهم على بعضهم البعض،احضرت السيارة لعمل الصيانة الدورية و إصلاح ملاحظة تتعلق بالمقود و نظام التوجيه، قاموا باستلام السيارة دون رؤيتها، السيارة مكثت لديهم لمدة ٤ ايام ليتصل احدهم ليسألني اذا ما كنت اريد عمل ميزان و تعديل الاتزان!!!! ناهيك عن عدم توفر سيارة بديلة على الدوام الا اذا جئت عن طريق(واسطة) و من ثم استلمت السيارة يوم الخميس ولَم يستطيعوا إعطائي تقرير بالاعمال التي تمت في في السيارة لمدة ٥ ايام و الحجة ان تلك الاعمال تحت الضمان! اذ لا يمكن للزبون معرفة ما تم عمله في السيارة الا لو كانت تلك الاعمال على نفقته الخاصة.

  Service isn't what it used to be. They don't give accurate information on how long the service would take. On two separate occasions a days work on my car stretched to 2-3 days. Also I had to bring my car back to fix something they had supposedly repaired the first time.
