  Very bad service, no proper customer service, delayed the delivery more than a week. Paying money for extra tension in quick wash laundry

  I gave them my laundry.. they return it in plastic bags all my items were wet and spoiled beyond fixing. They don’t have a number to contact them only a chat rep whom I chatted with asking them to take responsibility for the harm that had been done and now it’s more than two days and all what she’s telling me she sent an email to management. Never ever deal with them again and I will be compensated for them ruining my laundry
