  Very very very bad experience with very rude waiters who kicked me out after finishing my drink when the cafe was empty . Worst experience ever

  Juan Valdez was one of my favorite places to go to for coffee but now due to poor customer service and rapport with staff, it has regressed into an average place that sells coffee. The furniture is uncomfortable and the prices are viewed less reasonable. I sure hope they could change my mind in the near future.

  We miss the Colombian's spirit in a typical Colombian Juan Valdez cafe, the attendees are not very friendly and didn't offer responses for a simple request.

  They make a very good Cappuccino, location is very good but the mall is almost empty till now, so it will be a good place if you are already in the area.
