This was a convenient way to get to airport without having to deal with airport traffic. It would be nice if there shuttle was on a constant route, because when you return you have to call them to get you, and I totally forgot about that part.

I am a frequent flyer on Jazeera, but it is the first time to use this service.. excellent service, I am ranking it 4 stars only because it is a bit expensive and the driver of the shuttle was a maniac. other than that the staff that was on the checkin counter inside the "park & fly building " and the helping staff were excellent and I would give them 5 stars

Made to wait in the cold outside the airport for more than 30 minutes. Nobody answers the phone given on the parking card. Very bad service. Will never use again.
