This place is over-rated. The skill set of the doctors is limited and for every check up I am given a new doctor who does not even go through the file history of the animal on record so we have to narrate everything over again. Also super expensive. Thrice the price of regular vets!

I've taken my cat to get groomed and they shaved her hair down COMPLETELY down to her skin!! She kept on shivering from the cold for the next 2 weeks until her hair slightly grew back; I only asked FOR A TRIM.

My friend took her cat to get a hair cut too and they DRUGGED her and SHAVED HER HAIR DOWN TOO.

They didnt TELL the owner if it was okay to drug her, they didnt say WHY and she got BILLED FOR IT, AFTER THEY DRUGGED HER.

The staff are UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE

It's a lovely place for your pet. The only issue is you have to be aware with the main entrance since was left behind the traffic fence. If you don't take the proper exit, you should drive more than 15 min to take a roundabout, go back and take the exit immediately after the 40's exit.

Clean organized. Depends on which doctor y reserve with. Good explanation. Kind and friendly with animals. No rough treatment as seen in cheaper clinics on site store expensive but convenient. On site prayer place. Separate dog and cat waiting areas a plus

Kuwait's best and most professional Veterinary Hospital open to the public. The doctors are very well qualified and have genuine care and follow up for your beloved pets. They have most specialties and tests you will require, including an operating room. It's a bit far and can be hard to get to, but if you wish the best for your pet, it's definitely the place to go.

My advice: Avoid this place at all costs. Beneath the lovely exterior, it's a giant scam. I went in with a rescue cat and they didn't hesitate to take complete advantage of my inexperience with animals and the fact that it was my first time. I went in for a check up and vaccinations but ended up being handed a bill for ointments and drops, which were applied and prescribed without my consent. The vet was reluctant to give any direct answers and just kept emphasising how I needed to return within a few weeks for a further check up. The 'check' was far from thorough, except that the cat's ears were cleaned thoroughly. The standard answer to any health related questions was the same - 'I can't say for sure.' The absolute least I would expect is to be made aware of the costs being incurred as they accumulated and be given a choice whether or not to continue with any treatment etc. They obviously saw me coming from a mile away. They even added on tbe cost of the vaccination booklet for crying out loud. Avoid like the plague.

Great staff, the vets are truly animal lovers and very knowledgeable in the investigations. They have your pet's best interest at heart but they also look out for the owners, they offer treatment that's effective to the pet and cost friendly to the owner's budget when such options are available. IVH can also assist with questions and paperwork processing when it comes to shipping your pets home.

Best hospital to take your pets. Very professional vets and they have services such as grooming, pet store, etc.
The area is a bit further away from the city but the service is guaranteed. I would trust them with my cat. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The best vet in Kuwait. It is expensive, but you get what you're paying for from the doctors. I appreciate that they have extended hours so it's easy to go after work when necessary. However I wish they had an emergency line you could call in the event of a pet emergency outside their normal hours. Also they really, REALLY overcharge for some services.

By far the best destination for anyone who cares for their pets. Their service and staff are unmatched and the quality of their consultation is great, although fairly distant from the center of Kuwait, it is definitely worth the drive. They also have boarding options for your pets during your travels, and will also handle the transportation and moving procedures for your pets if you wish to relocate abroad.

The only reason I have an extra star is because their doctors are good.
Management and customer service are one of the worst we have dealt with while we were in Kuwait.
They are also overpriced compared to some other Veterinary in Kuwait.
Do not be fooled by their "initial" friendly attitude, they will know how to drag money out of your pocket. In MANY cases I had to ask for an explanation on why we have been charged extra fees; and in MOST of the cases it was an "ERROR."
Finally, we left Kuwait and do not have to deal with them again. Check the other Veterinarians in town they are MUCH BETTER.
IVH, change your management and you might be as good as you were earlier.

Vets are good but they hire extremely rude staff. Also if you don't check your receipt, you will be ripped off! God help you if you ask more than 1 question or ask a question twice, you will get a disgusting attitude!
