The staff are very helpful, it was a 40 minutes to failakah island via the taxi service and around one hour via the largest boat . It is slightly overpriced it costs 10 kd per person from salmiya to failakah .

Ikarus provide transport services to failaka island. No information available anywhere. So we walked in and ask. The ferry schedule depart around 10am and coming back from the island at 7pm.(as of 26th Dec 2019) ferry running is subjected to tide (as they said). Best to book the ticket only on the day itself, ask if the ferry is running, as there will be no refund is ticket is purchased in advance and the ferry is not running on the day itself.(as what we had been advised)

I will give 0 stars for service and coordination.
First time i came and bought the tickets and when we went down to the boat area, it just sailed away. There is simply no coordination between the boat and sales agent when they could have coordinated and informed us the arrangements. We are very unhappy but decided to come again because there are no refunds given.
According to their procedures, when 10 people are on the boat, they will sail. The second time we came, we had already more than 10 people on the boat and still they waited for more to come. We already had waited more than an hour on the boat at the time. The boat sailed after 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting. A total waste of time!! There are no communications whatsoever between the crew n passengers.
Absolutely horrible service and I will not recommend to anyone else.response / report this review -

الشركة سيئة حجزنا خمس تذاكر بقيمة 100 دينار ويوم وصلنا قالوا تكنسلت الرحلة لان في مشكلة بميناء فيلكا قلنالهم انزين ردوا فلوسنا قالوا مافي فلوس راحت عليكم
