    As salaamu alaikum (VRVB)
It is really hard to mention that services provided are worst here in this travel agency. They promise something and do something irrelevant to their promise. They always commit 2 to 3 days in Madina but they hardly allow us only one day to be there. This is not frequent though to be honest. In my POV this service needs to be addressed only when there is no way from other services for Umrah travel.

Ibrahim pinto is One of the Worst umrah services in Kuwait now a days !!!

Try Abu-Nabeel group in Farwaniya for umrah Services, you will find the quality there.

It may be an umrah service but I'll have you know the rest of it is based on lies, people out here fasting and they got buses where people gotta cramp into, along with the worst air conditioner and this isn't the first Time either, my parents tend to travel by this everytime and it's been a problem for ages, the windows don't open and the air conditioner doesn't work, guys tell you it's a newer bus after 2002 but the bus looks older than Mr Ibrahim and that guys old, save your money and go spend it on another umrah service mates, update:- this woman spent 2000 riyal extra just to come to mekka the next year and these guys promised she could stay for 30 days till her children come via a plane next time, the moment we reached mekka, the problems began, not only was she denied to be given her passport but she was also told she has to come back to Kuwait after 10 days, she tried contacting pinto and another person who works their but nun picked up her call, she not only wasted her money for the 'you have to skip a year to come for umerah ban' but also the fact she was told she could stay for 30 days and then later no one picks up and the workers tell her she has to come back with the bus, another issue id like to raise is the hotels they make you stay in have the worst customer care, I was low on balance and wanted to call my mum and asked the reception if I could use their phone and they're like use your own and they charge you double the price for food unless you're already aware of the prices or later confront them. You get absolutely nothing for what you pay. On the way to madina, me sitting upfront heard the guy on phone getting calls from other people of how the bus they booked for them had no air conditioner. The fact you may or may not get a crappy bus is sad, save your money my parents been using this service for ages and I can't talk about before but it's gotten crappier in recent years

Hajj through these guys was one of worst nightmares one could get. First of all before going for Hajj lot of promises were made by Pinto and Abu Fuad that they would provide separate room for families with attached bathroom etc for accommodation in Azizia. Finally the families had to share bathrooms with the bachelors and 12 of them had to share a single bathroom.

It was promised that there would be AC tents in both Mina and Arafat with continuous supply of drinking water, juice, food etc. There was no AC and forget about continuous supply, we had to beg for water from other tents.

When we enquired about why is there no arrangement for all of what you promised Abu Fuad (Zafar) said this is how the govt has allotted for us, we cannot change or move. When we checked up with the government officials at the tent, they mentioned we have arranged for whatever your hajj operator paid for. They mentioned that the operator had paid for the lowest possible tents with bare minimum arrangement even though Pinto group took payment for the best arrangement. They mentioned the tent they had rented was meant for 16 people, these guys stuffed 50 people in this tent.

It was promised that there would be a dedicated doctor for the group to ensure everyone in the group would be in good health, instead these guys were responsible for extra added stress.

There were promises of having a scholar with the group to guide people on how to perform Hajj. There were lot of them who were traveling to makkah for the first time and had no idea. Like all other promises this also was broken.

Regarding qurbani also they had taken money from some of the guys and had said some of the meat would be served at the tent along with the food. On enquiry with the government officials at the tent, they said outside food is strictly not allowed to be cooked in the tents. These guys would go to any extent to cheat you and extract money from you and it doesn't matter to them even if it is in the name of the religion.

It's really unfortunate they exploit the trust of the people in the name of religion.

I just hope this is like a warning for other people to stay away from these thieves.

I hope Allah someday will bring them to justice.

Pinto hajj services are not as per gis promise or as per the payment. Hajj it selfnot a easy task it needs patience to perform every ritual. We only expected basic needs to be served but we were not provided. No proper Food, water, transport, AC in summar, hotel and guidance. Expect nothing from him. Prepare yourself to perform hajj and to be completed in oeace in sha Allah.

Pathetic service with absolute no regards to customer satisfaction. They have made hajj a business.please beware before availing their services.you will have no idea about your hajj itinery and programme. You will.have no clue which will be your port of departure for saudi arabia.last moment the plans will change creating complete chaosabsolutely not recommended for the aged people because with no planning from ibrahim pinto hajj group staff you will be left with no.options unless you are ready to complete the hajj rituals on ur own.No transportation on time..no proper promised arrangement in mina tents..all in all please do not trust their false promises!!we were part of their 2015 hajj group!we were made to travek under the name of bhatkal group.

Last year (2015) i had gone for hajj through this group. They literally acted as a subagent took money and just escaped the screen. Many of the old persons who were in the group had visited Haram masjid only 2 or 3 times . All were accomodated in a far hotel in Azeesia with no transport etc. Everything thing was totally mess. When we enquired about this to main agent ,he replied this was all agreed with Ibrahim Pinto and you may enquire with him for any clarifications. We had all gone for a great Hajj event and the process was all disturbed due to fight's. As we all know Hajj is a one time process in our life and the main events for a muslim, so please choose the right group after enquiring with friends and relatives who had been on Hajj.

I was a hajj pilgrim in 2015 .Firstly they had outsourced the contract to al falah tours. Secondly we were called before scheduled time to india (from UAE)for visa stamping which caused lot of inconvenience with regards to changing flight tickets and taking Leave from work. Thirdly we were taken by train to Cochin when we were promised a flight. Fourthly there was no one to guide ( no imam) during hajj process and no to and fro transport from Azizia to haram. Finally ther tents in Mina and Arafat were non ac.Alhamdulillah our team mates were good and helpful and we had books on how to perform hajj and most of them had already performed umrah so they could guide us. I hope this time they provide better service
