Service is excellent. Although, they need to focus less on changing the presentation of their food and more on the food itself. The flavor is absent in the few of the meals I’ve ordered.

We came here today at 8 pm. They was only one woman who took the order and she was so rude and every time we asked her something she complained that she's the only one taking orders here! And when we paid our bill she just gave us the change as if we were begging her!
I hope Al Shayaa company investigate this incident and see if this person is qualified to work in an international restaurant like IHOP or not? this is not the way that regular guests should be treated. Terrible experience!
