  This gym is big and very well equipped. It has a lot of machines for every muscle in your body. It is very empty in the mornings but crowded in the evenings so my suggestion is that if possible to go in the mornings for a better, more relax exercise. This gym is shared with the Copthorne Hotel so guests from the hotel can use this gym for free, and the gym also accept regular paying customers. Apart of the big weight and cardio room the gym also has an Indoor heated pool, sauna, aerobics room (which also is used as a praying room). It has also showed and lockers. In the lobby there is a little shop where you can buy water or other types of healthy drinks.
