They have more salespeople then customers and yet no one even gets up to talk to you. Even when you are looking for assistance they keep their heads down, hence hard to make eye contact. Having said that, the salespeople lack training when you do finally get a hold of one. They are nice, but the discourse and language usage belongs in a small used car dealership. It's obvious no one is trained to assist. A disappointing experience.
