My old phone screen was broken and would have been expensive to replace, I had a new phone and needed to switch phones but couldn't accèss the old phone as it needed passwords and verifications. The staff in the Salmiya Huawei service center were very patient and helpful. They placed a new screen on my old phone to allow me to access it. I sat in their waiting room for more than 3 hours switching the data and ensuring the transfer was complete. During this time the staff were friendly and helped me if any needed peripherals were required (such as usb flash and converter). And thanks to their advice and help I did not have to buy a new expensive screen for my old phone. This is why I'm a loyal Huawei customer, I'm currently on my 4th Huawei phone model. I hope Huawei continues to expand and open more service centers all over Kuwait

Indian staff is friendly good place my mate 10 pro screen was damage after 1 days replaced normal time taken not so fast but it is good things for first time is free first 1 year under warranty

I really hate the call center, IT'S THE WORST.
Hopefully they fix that because I'm Huawei's lover so I hate that. They told me I would find the item in the main branch but when I reach the branch they told me it's not in Kuwait at all 😢 and this is not the first time.

I visited this service center on 4th of Jan, 2016.
The customer service is amazing. And the staff there are very friendly.
I really think if you want to repair your Huawei devices, I think you should visit this service centre. You'll not be disappointed 😊
