  I tk token 6.49pm , 7pm they telling closed and go out side in this gmap they showing upto 8 its open ,i got token still they ddt make my transaction rude. token u can c down 😢

  Rude Customer Service .. I tried to open a salary account for myself, they claimed the system is having a problem and they can not create new accounts, I asked when the problem would be resolved so I can get back and open the account, they said "the system would be down for a big while we don't know when it is gonna be resolved" and added "go to another branch"
  You can say it could happen, true but, I had a couple of friends who were treated the same in different times in the year from the same branch trying to open new salary accounts also.
  I hate the way they treat customers.
  I hope they do better choosing their staff with all this competition in the market.
  Difinitely won't open any accounts in the future with them and not recommend them to anyone also.
