The location of the hotel is perfict for shopping from mubarkiyah shopping center.
But need more room cleaning and the free wifi was too slow. And need improvement for controling the room a/c and we couldnt use the safe because it was locked.response / report this review -

The hotel needs more attention from management to some details which will improve the guests satisfaction

We got to this hotel around 2:00 AM after long flight from Amsterdam and we made reservations on line paid off one week early and we thought we going to have a nice and comfortable room to stay in or a suite me and my wife and my 4 children but as soon as we entered the hotel the guy who was handling the luggage from the car to inside the hotel and up to our rooms or suite was mean and didn't smile or treated us with a care he was acting like we are intruder or making him working hard.
and if we ask for extra pillows or sheets he will not answer or say yes
I had really bad experience in this hotel
Even the staff at the buffet don't smile and don't show you any care or respect.
And at the day we were leaving the hotel I gave the guy a tip for carrying our bags around 8 dollars and he gave me a mean look with strange tone that he wants more of that..

Great location and kind-of reasonable price. Old and worn-out furniture and lousy air-conditioning. Staff are helpful to a certain extent.

A very good hotel with a fantastic location and reasonable service.
I liked the staff attitude too much specially Mr. Mohamed Ala, they where very professional and helpful and I think they are doing a brilliant job although you can easily notice they are short in number.
location is fantastic.
Sheded parking is available and free of charge.
Breakfast was very good and delicious though there is no much varieties.
Room was not the cleanest in the world but I have no complain.
View was very nice just opposite to Liberty Tower.
Smoking allowed rooms are next to non smoking rooms which I didn't like, despite no smoke smell inside the room.
It was a nice experiance and I recommend for every one.

This hotel is good but looks 3 stars to me. The service and the location near the Souk Al-Mubarakiya markets is the main advantage.
