This is very good place for long time outing. there is lot of play grounds. And lots of green gardens for family gatherings and pond also. It very clean place and washroom also clean There is food court or restaurant inside and bicycle ride in parks and the good this is that we get Barbeque facility available.
But there is an entry fee of 1KD per head

A must visit and a beautiful place. Though the entry fees is KD 1.000 per person, Green Island is a place where family and kids can enjoy the beauty of nature. Calm place and an awesome view of the entire city and famous landmarks. Best time to visit would be when the climate is not so hot.

What once was a gorgeous garden/Island/Park has seen better days. It is a great place to walk early on weekday mornings, especially if you like to see birds. Don’t bother on weekends when it’s covered in garbage from disrespecting picnickers. When I walk through, I imagine revamping the entire island with great eateries and modern amenities.

It's a nice place for both kids and grownups. There are plenty of play grounds and enough space for family gatherings. There is also a small pond and shore at the end. The entry fee is cheap, around 1 K.D.
I recommend the place for nice walks and family activities.

Good place to spend some relax time near the sea. Has a nice sea beach. Clean cool and mostly calm except the weekends. No food court inside so if u want to spend long time carry food and water. Has a big parking parking space. Has some amenities inside for the kids mostly. Overall a good place.

Nice scenic view all around Great view of kuwait city from inside. It's awesome place to visit with families, you can do live cooking. Tables and chairs are available

Very nice place for hanging out.. Great view for the city.. BBQ is allowed with reasonable entry fees.. They need to take care of the land scape and the kids playing area..

One of the few places in Kuwait where barbecue is allowed. Quite a popular place with families to spend a weekend here especially in a lovely weather which lasts from November till March. You can rent bicycles there. The entrance ticket is 1KD per person.

If the temperature is not hot then you can enjoy there with friends and family very well.

This is the worst place to go in the whole country .. For borrowing one bicycle is 5 KD for one hour and it is not available all time . The entry fee is 1 KD . There is one lake too, which we can't go inside because it is too deep . I even found dangerous sea snails which could bite us and they only eat meat .

The Green Island is a medium size recreational resort. She is made up of man made island and water canals. She is very spacious and has zones for various recreational activities such as water paddling, jogging , ball games, and group activities such as family outings and large group outing. She features snack and food stalls and modern conveniences such as rest rooms.

The magnificent example of man made architecture. A good place for hangout with family and a picnic spot with facilities like chairs and cycle for riding for kids entertainment and barbeque apparatus available. 1kd person enterance fee.
