So here is the deal, you are stuck out here doing what you do right? Yea you are.. just trust me. What could make this experience better? A hot latte? A cool refreshing frappé or a tasty fruit smoothie well my friend you are in luck green beans has you covered. These guys are truly a breath of fresh air which is pretty nice when every other breath you take is hot dry and probably full of sand. Do yourself a favor if you are close to here for some reason stop in enjoy the AC sir on a couch and watch a confusing game of cricket and enjoy a tasty beverage.. it will help you forget about all the sand..

One of the best places to go while at Ali Al Salem. The building itself is actually "The Wired" and is run by the EFSS squadron. There's tons of movies and books that can be checked out. There's several network computers that are free to use. You can even record a book for your children back home. There's couches and free dawgnet Wi-Fi if it's working. The Green Beans coffee is some of the best coffee in the AoR, and it beats Starbucks prices and quality imo. The staff can sometimes be hard to understand (they speak Hindi or Nepali), but if you take the time to talk with them you'll find they are very nice people.
