It's Ok but needs to be done better. The poor cashiers are left alone by making bills & they have to do packing also. Only sometimes they get helping hands either from their own staffs or by the customers. Sometimes there's a huge queue of customers which really annoys them a lot.
Hope they'll look into this matter..

All essentials under one roof. Good offers from time to time. The only issue is that it takes a long time to get spices and lentils from the counter as there's only one person handling all the requests. How hard is it to hire one more person?

Grand Hyper was always convenient, closest place,.All in one time. Missing people meet here because its actually a huge landmark. Mostly crowded on weekends, to avoid huge line at the counters visit on Odd days Some times the price mismatch with the actual label tags.but at the end of the day U r satisfied because u will find everything here at the low cost.

Its a big supermarket in kuwait. The head office of grand supermarket chain is also in the fourth floor. We felt to our surprise that the air conditioning is not up to the mark, the first of such experience in a supermarket in kuwait. Sales staff are quite helpful, but if u go to HR side, its another story.
