  Take 1kd or 2 kd stamp. Get token. Stand in queue. Submit your papers. If all papers are okay.. Wait till they give you renewed license. Ramadan timing starts from 9 am and if you can reach Before 2 pm you will get token. After 2pm not sure.

  This place is for getting driving licences in kuwait. Here is the authority to sign your paper.after that you have go to dajij murur office for another signature. And you have to face an eye test at quortoba. May be you can get your driving licence if all are ok

  This place is way outdated, lousy directions or any guidance to do your tasks and the worst human service -attitude- anyone can could ever expect.. I've been bumped by so many people that are completely lost as me with what procedure they should follow or what documents they should have on them. People were told to come at 2, offices didn't even open till 3.20. I saw people waiting for more than 5 hours for their licenses renewal. Very old printing/scanning services. I had to take a taxi to a nearby place to print a soft copy file. This place is a joke except of course if a wasta is in play, as usual. This place screams "Negligence, Humilitation & Ignorance"
