FlyDubai use to handle this office directly and then they sold or assigned a dealer (BARAKAT TRAVELS) here. Regarding BARAKAT TRAVELS, they are total ripoff. Totally non professional including with booking staff and manager. They steal money from passengers pocket on the name of "OK2Board". When someone book a ticket from his credit card for his friend and he (Owner of Credit Card) presented himself with all required documents in their office to avoid any trouble or tension, BARAKAT TRAVEL want to charge 5KD on the name of OK2BORAD.

I called FlyDubai office dubai same time and requested all this after introducing myself with booking reference, they said "You dont need to do any thing accept give your passport copy and credit card copy to passenger for presenting on FlyDubai counter".

I use to travel dubai a lot and i always booked from our CEO credit card as company pay for all my trips and hotels and i never presented and no one ever asked me on boarding counter

I book a lot for my friends from my credit card and never been questioned on boarding counter and sometimes i presented myself in so called BARKAT TRAVELS office to avoid any trouble on time and never been charged before it was directly handled directly by FlyDubai but now these thieves.

I explained "Mr. Waseem Ali" all that but he was not ready to accept and was willing to charge me i requested to speak to Manager he called manager and replied me manager also want to charge.

I tried booking online with 2 different credit cards and failed, called this office to pay there for the reservation, they charge 10 kd for each ticket for me to pay at the office, which removes the price advantage for my tickets, so I went with aljazeera's online booking

Not sure why they exist when we can easily book online. Moreover, they charge KD 10 for services like booking a ticket.
