  Free towels have been removed , elevators get year to reach and Valet parking staff are lazy. Otherwise its a good club. I hope they fix these issues so it will deserve 5 stars

  Gym lacks fresh air and can be congested sometimes. Price wise it is economical but not really worth of your bucks.

  has good facilities. it is 6 floors gym. Basement for martial arts, 1st for spa and massage, 2nd lockers + spinning hall + general training hall, 3rd + 4th floor for body building machines then the last floor (5th) for cardio and squash.
  
  in my opinion most of the machines are old and specially in the 5th floor. this place needs complete renovation.
  
  prices are high comparing with machines conditions

  Flex executives have the best tools you need, whatever your training needs are. And they are growing.
  
  Except that there is no Captains looking up the clients. No real follow ups. I think you have to be on oneOnOne subscription to get the attention you need.
  
  But the place as i see it is the best.
