If you enjoy scowering the parking lot in 360 and going through a crowd and not get any sorts of parking validation then you found the right gym for you

The gym has an excellent location, good atmosphere, plus a variety of workout equipment and machine - a little too crowded. However, there are not enough workout classes. They have too many personal trainers and so little group trainers. A good gym ALWAYS has classes for people that come at different times. Personal trainers if you go 3 times a week will cost you 150KD or more, plus the gym membership of course (you can get a personal trainer at home for that price), also, group workout are generally more fun. No parking stamp, so you either pay for your parking or park far out every time you go to the gym. Basically it's an ok gym. Only special thing about it is its location (easy drive).

They have Zumba, bodycombat, & bodypomp classes. No pools. Friendly staff. Its in a good location.

Small. No variety. We have to pay for parking every time we go even though it's not a cheap gym to join.

The worst ever, no variety of equipment, closing earlier than other gyms, no show of respect for the clients however sometimes you will find the gym doors shut for event or other reasons without previous notification for the clients.. just stay away of here
