  Spacious office, supportive staff, for family residence Visa I have to go to first floor, tokens were given by staff after checking the documents. After consulting you will have to purchase and stick stamps on Visa paper. Please keep changes with you as the machine will accept only exact amount for giving stamps.

  Somewhat organized but the attitude of staff is very demeaning and they do not speak English despite the fact that majority of people visiting here are non Arabs.
  The ladies working here are very short tempered, non professional and without any training.
  It would be very helpful and kind of the Kuwait government to train these people in politeness and English to reveal the friendly nature of Kuwaiti community.
  The worst day of your life if you have to visit there after a night duty(doctor). Humans are treated as worse than animals here.

  مكان نظيف والتعامل مع الموظفين صعب بعض الشيء خاصه اذا كنت وافد الافضل تروح بواسطه عشان تخلص مصلحتك في نفس اليوم
  ولا بد من انك تكون هناك من بدري جدا لانهاء اي اوراق حيث ان المكان مركزي ومزدحم جدا
  التعامل مع القيادات المسئوله اسهل من التعامل مع صغار الضباط والموظفين
  المكان منظم من حيث الدور ومكيف والاستراحات نظيفه وراقيه

  معاملة الموظفين سيئة وبالاخص المدراء والمساعدين رافعين خشومهم مادري على شنو جنك قاعد اتطر منهم ..
  كل واحد يقطك على الثاني وبهدله المواطن من غرفه لي غرفه ومالهم خلق يشتغلون كل مسؤول قاعد يلعب بتلفونه ولما يجييه المراجع يتضايق.
