I am very thankful for the wonderful staff memebers and the pure kindness. Thank you is not enough for they have did and have done for us. Our experience with everyone in Kuwait is just lifelitme memory my family will never forget kuwait. Giving my child a new life. From the doctors to nurses to porters to cleaning service i salute your hardwork and dedication and making sure my child does not feel away from home. Now she has another home to alway remember :) once again thank you where we believe in God we also have experience wonderful people like you coming in gods phrase. Hospital is so big and everyone is very helpfull and willing to help in every different ways.

Hospital is clean well maintained, Though its government hospital its like private care, systematic and governance is good within hospital, Totally CCtv Surveillance 24x7, Emergency Care unit , In and out patient clinic is available, So far so Good within hospital premises

Always crowded staff doesn't adhere to the rules people skip the line you wait for at least 2 hours before seeing a doctor
I went there with my little girl she had a Haigh fever I waited in line for 2 hours I gave her medicine at home here fever went down before I get to see the doctor and he said she is fine why did you bring her 😠

It's the best . But 2 problems there the major issue is ortho doctor never check the Asian patients. He just recommend the tablet . He is not the god to know everything. (2 ) they always refer to local clinic first . The patient is suffering please dont play them like football.

Crowded! The hospital itself was renovated a few years ago, the renovation made it easier to navigate inside the hospital with a very spacious corridors. However, that does not make up for the LONG waiting times and the appointments that you have to reserve. You will literally wait months just for an MRI scan.
That being said, they are currently building an extra building that will help make this hospital a little bit less crowded, it is located near the hospital and will be connected with a bridge. Hopefully it will be finished in a few years.
