Very slow service sometimes they take more than an hour to pass one token number. In my opinion Avenue's Kuwait airways office is the best.

Small place with less number of staff. Each transaction may take a while to complete. Patience is the key. Parking is another tricky business.

Very Very Very Slow Service 😡🤬. 12.10 PM it was token number 23 now 2.40 PM reached token number 28 only. They served 5 person in 2hr30 mnts. 30 mnts/Customer😢😪

As soon as you enter you need to press the button in the machine, which will give you your waiting number. Rebooking your flight cost 30kd.
