I’ve contacted Emirates’ Call Centre in Kuwait looking for help with my seat booking.
Ms. Massouma Rahmani handled my call and I was blown away by the Superb customer service she provided me outstanding! Well organized, excellent service for booking. Although, Passengers satisfactory compensation after repeated flight delays is neglected. Wish no one have delays unless a social media influencer!!

Excellent customer service and nice location. The only negative thing is car parking which is always full because there are many offices and shops in the tower. You have to park in the 7th floor (if u r lucky) !
