تجربتي مع العيادة
الدكتور الهندي الذي تعالجت عنده في المرة الاولى لم يختم على الوصفة باسمه ولكن باسم دكتور اخر!
أفهمت الطبيب في المرة الاولى انني مرتبط بسفر وإن وقتي ضيق جداً وأريد ان انتهي من العلاج بسرعة.
مع ذلك بعد تحديد موعد جديد لاستكمال العلاج تم الاتصال بي لتأخير الموعد ساعتين ووافقت مراعاة لضروف الطبيب.
وحين ذهبت على الموعد في اليوم التالي تم تأخيري ساعة اخرى
وحين كنت اسأل موظف الاستقبال وهو "شخص مصري" عن سبب التعطيل كان يكذب في كل مرة. وبعد مدة سألت الممرضة وقالت لي ان الطبيب مع مريض اخر!
تقدمت بالشكوى شفهياً عند الموظفة المختصة ورفضت استكمال العلاج عندهم.
كان من الممكن ان أتساهل مع الامر وانتظر اكثر تعاطفاً مع المريض الاخر لو انهم اخبروني صراحة بدلاً من الكذب والاستهتار بالعملاء والمواعيد.
