The service is good and so as the food. Unfortunately, they have announcements all the time which makes is a very noisy place that you can't relax in. The wireless internet is poor

Opposite the Gate 22, first floor.
One can pay 12KD (at the time of writing this review - December 2017) to access the lounge even if you are not a Priority Pass Member.
Decent choices at the buffet, limited for desserts. They have a separate kids' area too!response / report this review -

This is a nice well maintained lounge in this otherwise small airport. Not to be confused with the Dasman Premier Lounge - which is actually a tiny lounge near Gate 26 with just some snacks and no facilities. This is full fledged lounge on the upper floor opposite Gate 22, right after passing through security.
The lounge is small but comfy. Decent food and beverage spread (of course no alcohol since this is Kuwait) - won't compare it to other big hub gulf airport lounges like Dubai. There is a business area but wifi is available everywhere. There is a small kids area.
There were servers serving Gawah (Arabic Coffee) in Dallahs which is a nice local touch.
Piority pass is accepted. Food and service was decent.response / report this review -

A very small lounge, lack of choices at the buffet. The were just 3 toilets at the Gents room. The prayer room was very small. The seats were comfortable, however there was no enough sleeping seats.
There was an internal announcement system which was used to announce a late boarding time as to avoid waiting on the boarding queue.response / report this review -
