  Good place for artists. U can find all your drawing needs. Sometimes you can see people's draw there. I don't know it's a competition r something. But I seen that.

  great place to get your art supplies, it's a hassle to find parkings sometimes, the streets around you could get very crowded but it's worth going there especially if you could catch a good timing, the building has business offices and a few cafes in the basement.

  Plus SirdabLab there is great for young Entrepreneurs.

  Good place to find all things arts and crafts related, look closely because every shop has different prices. Expect to find paints (oil, water, gauche,acrylic,glass,fabric,markers,spray,powder,and crayons) as well as brushes , paper boards, scales , and pens . Last thing if you are not an artist but you need to laser cut or 3d print also available. Model making ? Also here .. it is almost the one destination for everything. But again prices might be 25% higher than what it should be almost 50% of the time

  This palace is good if you kids school going and they have projects from school. There is shops who can help u to finish schools projects. Or you can buy material which is not available anywhere els.

  Old building with shops specializing in educational goods. But the building has been sold recently and may be demolished and substituted with a contemporary one.
