  It's been there for long time. A good location with parking. Location-wise it is in a prominent old & known bulding. Open till 7:00 pm.

  Friendly staff and good service, but there aren't enough branches. Parking is tricky when its busy hours.
  
  Overall it was a good experience and my mail arrived on time. Quite expensive though.. more than I experienced in other countries using DHL.

  one star for the delivery speed.
  DHL is the most expensive shipping service out there with overpriced handling fees, for an item of $10 value I had to pay 4KD for clearance that costs only 5% = $0.5 for a $10 shipment, that is less than 200 fills, so for such a light shipment you are charging twice, first huge shipping costs from the source, 2nd very high fees on the delivery location.
  
  Thank you DHL, but this is my last time for me using your service.
