You probably would not go there unless you want something specific. Has three coffee shops (Shwaikh Coffee, cafe Levant and Tomoor Dasman), one bridal shop, few furniture/carpet shops (like Ligne roset, Wooden House and Mena Casa), clothes shops, and others. There are several offices and a conference room on Mezzanine. Parking is an issue if you arrive late.

I had a small office here back in 2011 on the Mezzanine level. It was during the beginning of my Freelancing Design career. The rent was nothing but provided you don't need a permit, so the suites were very suitable for nursing small businesses.
