Customer service not pickup a phone.i call khaitan and farwaniya branch regarding cheque deposit.but they not answer ,just waiting song play.how can I know khaitan branch which time they open, now days.during half curfew time.pls let me know.i need to urgent deposit cheque

I have visited many Tijari branches in kuwait and never been witnessed any partiality other than farwaniya branch.Absolutely disgusting ,the males staffs over here don't even know how treat the customers.

Pathatic management as their is only one counter for walk-in customers so,they kill your time, even for small task you have to wait at least an hour or more also the behaviour of executives is not up to the mark which customers expects.
Moreover, the main attraction of this bank is just lucky draw amount but the services is not up to the mark.
Finally, I am thinking to switch my account to some other bank.response / report this review -
