  An important center for the citizens in this area. A place to do paper work related to many government offices. Examples of such paper work, you can renew drivers license, pay traffic violations tickets, renew residency for maids, drivers, and renew or issue civil ID's, etc. It does get crowded sometimes as the place is small. Only two typists are available to type the applications for paperwork. The limited parking area available is shared with the mosque, the police station, the tamween center for government subsidised material, and a few shops around.

  اسوء مركز بالكويت والموظفات اللي فيه مايمشون الدور ياخذون كل نص ساعه رقم ويقعدون ويسولفون عشان يطفشون الناس ومايمشون ارقم الا اذا باقي على نهاية العمل نص ساعه وهاذي مو تجربت يوم تجربت كذا يوم والحين حرمت ماعاد اجيهم حسبي الله عليهم
