  I've been to several bad physiotherapy clinics in Kuwait, and this is one of them. The therapist explained to me the two type of treatment that can be offered: dry needling and electric shocks (and recommended the first to start with). I asked if it's combined with manual treatment and the answer was no. My past experience with dry needling showed minimum impact. The body responses best for manual treatment, and by manual I don't mean massage therapy, I mean Physiotherapy before some reversed things. I asked the receptionist if other therapists provide manual therapy and the answer was no. I don't mind adding dry needling for last 10 minutes of a manual section, but not for the whole section, especially for their listed price (45 KD per session). The average price for physiotherapy in Kuwait is 20-25 KD. The average price for real physiotherapy in First World countries is 75-120 USD.
  العيادة لا تقدم علاج يدوي. فقط علاج بالابر الجافة وباستخدام أجهزة أخرى. العلاج الطبيعي في معظم بلدان العالم من أوربا الغربية وأوربا الشرقية وأمريكا الشمالية تقدم علاج يدوي بالإضافة إلى علاج بالأجهزة أو الابر إذا استلزم الأمر في النصف الأخير من الجلسة. تجربتي مع الابر بينت محدودية الفاعلية. العلاج اليدوي كان أساس العلاج الطبيعي قبل أن يطغى دور الأجهزة على دور المعالج. بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإن سعر الجلسة 45 دينار، وهو ضعف سعر الجلسات لدى معظم العيادات الأخرى.

  كان عندي الم بالكتف ذابحني ما بقى مكان مارحت رحت للدكتور حمد العثمان في كابتال كلينك راح لغاية اليوم ٩٠٪؜ من الالم باستخدام الابر الجافة و جلسات الكهربا ومستمر معاهم وانصح كل من عنده اصابة يروح لهم

  عياده علاج طبيعي في منطقه شرق ، مقابل سوق شرق ، نصحني فيها أحد الاطباء بعد التعرض لدسك بالفقرات ٣ و٤ و٥ و٦ ، ومبدئيا لاحظت في تحسن من اول جلستين بعد علاج الابر الجافه والذبذبات الكهربائية ، تعامل راقي ومحترم من جميع الطاقم التمريضي وعلى رأسهم الدكتور "محمد عبدالرزاق" وموظفه الإستقبال "بيان" .. وفقهم الله ⚘
