  The gym is very clean and has a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath. The equipment is good and different type of classes are available for the women. I like going there.

  Going to this gym since years now. Alhumdulillah they get better each year!
  They have good promotions going on all year long.
  The gym has lots of machines, equipments and lots of other support classes too

  This is an excellent gym apart from normal physical exercise using machines, It also offers many activities like zumba, belly dance, aqua exercise etc. Really loved it.

  One of the best gyms in kuwait , and it has boxing sessions and different training classess every hour: Boot camp cardio, aqua cardio - pilates - boot camp - zumba - six pack - areobics ) and more importantly: it has a babys daycare room with nannies

  Affordable cost but limit services. Classes has limit capacity. Swimming pool closes at 8:30 pm.
