according to the timings, last Thursday I went their at afternoon according to the time mentioned, but why its already 5pm past and the brance still close and no one is coming? is the time accurate or not?

They change some staff there and most are lazy, slow and unfriendly. Except for the lady (Aisha) on the 2nd floor office she move so active far greater than men staff. She was there for a long time and work efficiently. Numbering isn't follow well as wasta treatment is obvious. Spare atleast 3hrs. Of ur time for customer care service. Bank Teller is working very efficient although not friendly most of the time, but who cares" we just wanted to finish our agenda asap.
