A not big mall located in Salmyia, it has a good area divided to green area, water park and special place contains may toys for child which you can left them to enjoy, while enjoying your drink or meal, there is a branch for Starbucks there recommended to visit for its nice location.

Very nice place for a walk. Good restaurants. Jarir Bookstore is there with enough parking places. Needs MORE CONTROL on NO SMOKING policy, otherwise 5 stars.

Ocean Basket at Boulevard Park.A seafood restaurant that is of South African origin.
Beautiful park surroundings if you choose to dine outdoors..overlooking the lake. Alternately you may want to dine indoors.

For people who want to be jogging, this is the place to be at. It has the best jogging paths and grass and trees around the place. It has a large fountain and a small lake in front of the food court area. I would recommend families to go enjoy at Boulevard with other families together.(Family picnic)

Grate ambiance . good place for jogging, playing etc. Landscaped very beautifully and attractively. This is a great location for outing with kids. Central fountain area is very attractively designed and well maintained. Shopping area is quite small. I think the main intention of this entity is to provide an international standard recreation center for the general public and related expenses of the entity can generated from the shopping facilities arranged in side the park.

Great place - especially early morning when not so busy. A selection of good cafes and places to eat inside and also in the park, but the shops are a bit exclusive. The park itself is beautiful and well-kept, and has plenty of courts and running tracks and beautiful seating areas. Always pleasant, but quiet times are better. Don’t like the loud music coming from the cafes in the garden - very much disturbs the tranquility but it’s only audible in certain areas, and there is plenty of space to avoid it.

It's a place where you can go with your family and have a fun time. It's a 24*7 park where children can also come and play football or cricket as they have specially made room for it. Apart from it there is a diner near by a fountain which apparently describes the view as having dinner with a lake view. You can shop in a mall too which is located in the park itself. Simply it is Gen-Y park where you chill, eat and shop.

Wonderful place for all ages.. its free inter for the Boulevard.. they have 2 area of playground also have rock shape for play from 5-12 ages also they have priority play for disabled children and special equipment for them.. also shopping mall coffee shops. they have some field maybe for cricket or baseball..

Impressive. Probably the best funded and most beautiful park in Kuwait so far. It's just perfect - so many open, green spaces and running tracks (hope they can maintain it that way), nice restaurants and a decent mall. The mall is well guarded. A must see when in Kuwait.

A large park with a beautiful landscape. On the territory there is a new shopping center and is not yet filled with shops. On the territory of Boulevard Park there is a cafe and places for family recreation, there is a mini golf course.
