Mall is clean . It has starbucks in it, a mini market for snacks and Xcite electronis shop . But mainly it has corporate offices .

Nice complex with offices on the higher floors with some shops in the ground floor.

Had ample parking, with X-cite electronics shop on the ground floor. You will also find a Caribou coffee shop and a couple sandwich shops on the ground floor.

The ground floor also had nice long which can be used for quick informal meetings.

As one of the first tall towers in city, the thirty-three storey Baitak Tower was a pioneer in the architectural language of Kuwait. The building is defined by two stone towers either side of a central sweeping glazed façade that runs up from the ground floor and appears to go beyond the building envelope, providing generous views across the city and the gulf. Taking inspiration from the natural environment Pace selected a sand coloured stone cladding, contrasted by dark reflective glazing that ensures the building fits naturally into the architectural landscape.

Small but has both Starbucks and Carebou next to each other, a juice bar and a salad bar. It has some small boutiques and xcite electronics. What makes it great is the small walking distance to Mubarakiya!

This Mall is located next to the Kuwait liberation tower , there are electronics outlet like Alghanim XCITE, mobile 2000 and other food joints like pot belly, Starbucks coffee in the ground floor and Subway sandwich in the basement . There are many offices in the upper floors like Ernest and Young audit firms and many others.
