  اولاً استقبال السيرفس غير محترف ..أقوله انا اول مره وبعرف شتسوون بالسيرفس يقولي ليش خايف !! هههه
  
  They take so long time just to change the engine oil and filter one and half hour on jack.
  They wanted to charge me for replacing Air filter 7.500 labor only. Even my mum can replace it I refused.
  They don't have the basic professional standards like pricing lists or discussing what they can do or not to your car they just say " don't worry love .. !! " is that professional I don't know! But personally didn't like it.
  Finally I ended up finding they added extra charges on my bill..I new from the start that my experience won't be great and I know they weren't professional and reliable so They had to discount 10 KD .
  
  I think the problem is in the front desk.

  Unreliable company, i had my car serviced two months ago and i paid the said amount and today on 08th May, 2017 when i started my car it is showing that i need to change my engine oil and when i checked the oil, it is thick black. I am wondering how come i need to change the oil, only after driving 500kms from the last service date???????. Hope the message is clear to everybody.the take the money for service and nothing is happening inside ..cheaters ! ! !, i am for sure going to post this messages on all social media and ensure that nobody gets cheated in future.

  always takes a lot of time. very expansive (check more than dealer to get the best price on replacement parts)+ they charge 15kd/h for the work shop . the only thing good is they are the only people know your car 100% and they will fix it. i stopped buying any thing or fix my car after a need for oxygen sinsnsors they sale it for 100kd and i found it in al outher dealer for 60kd thats a 40 kd save about. one more thing they take too long to the job like hours longer than it takes. i have changed a battery in 4 hours !
