Today I appeared for an interview at trichi I have 8years experience as instrument foreman overseas and approx 5 years in india,after long time my turn came and the person client simply said according to Magwa company standards those applying for for instrument foreman and supervisor should have minimum diploma,I have my bsc physics and iti instrumentation with me and a 12 years experience in oil and gas construction industry.it doesn't mention in any of their advertisement.they even didn't interviewed me .according to me construction is a field where certificates comes 2nd priority experience 1st.these people are making people in thinking of making duplicate certifiCates.just think about these also my colleagues who are thinking of job.
