  Terrible maintenance department They stole 60 KD from me
  I called to do maintenance for 4 air conditioners ( 15 KD each ) they came and open them sprayed water and that's it
  I called the company and asked to talk to a manger today 3/4/2017
  He said the maintenance only includes washing the unit with water.
  
  So your paying 15 KD to splash water on your AC filter for maintenance
  
  Also they charged me 50 KD for installing my 5th AC unit
  
  When I called them nobody cared not even their supervisor
