Just got call from hospital based on previous comment. They have noted my concern and this is a testimony that they take things seriously. Very satisfied. My understanding of process was poor and hence apology for old review. No doubt one of the finest hospitals in Kuwait. It are these small things that are comforting that shows hospitals eagerness to maintain high standards.

The wort commercial hospital
The nurses is so rude
Let my mom waited for over 2 hours and our number passed and she didn’t care
Plus the reception not giving the right information, miscommunications between all the staff !!

Excellent standard of care, facilities and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hospital. I was cared for by Dr Walid who I can say was the most attentive and supportive doctor I have ever encountered. His care for me extended well beyond my stay in the hospital. Absolutely fantastic!

Al Salam International Hospital staff is rude and unprofessional. I never hear a greeting from them whether it is at the Lab or at the Pharmacy or the Obstetrics and Gynecology counter! They just stand and wait like silent dumbos till they are told what to do! Is it so difficult to say "Good morning Ma'am/Sir, how can I help you"??? If a doctor I visit can greet me with a smile why a simple clerk is too proud to do so? Plus I didn't like how Mr Mina Iskander from the Lab acted when I was there last time; he served first a Kuwaiti man without the ticket even though it was my turn!!!

Their ENT Doctor refused to treat me because he was too lazy to write a medical report to my insurance. He wants them to accept the surgery without providing the medical report. How professional is that?
