Ive been getting my car serviced here 5 years, absolutely worthless when you actually need them. They inspected the car told me that i should replace my tires soon, gave it back to me with a flat tire. Careless, uninformed and overall expensive for low quality service. Literally anywhere else would be better.

Cars are very good bot the dealer has very poor service very bad

Al-Mulla & Behbehani's reps is known for everyone, the provide superb vehicles, yet their services are bad as it gets. But it is improving, yet slowly where it should be rapid to maintain their customers.

This is the shittiest call center I have ever seen, if it was possible I would give them ZERO stars. Any option you choose in the automated list will eventually transfer you to an Arabic speaking individual (even if you chose English to begin with). No one ever answers the phone after the transfer is made by the operator. No one ever follows up your calls or requests. It would literally take 1 Hour minimum to reach the department that you are looking for after 10-15 times of calling and being transferred.

They provide new generation sales & service for the well renowned Dodge, Chrysler, SRT, Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo cars. Cost for the products are reasonable. Service is fantastic
