Good Place for shopping. Seperate sections for fresh produce for fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, Fish market had good range of sea food. Sultan Centre and outdoor sitting arrangements near fountains have a good ambience.

Cute little mall on the ocean. Plenty of parking, nice fountain area, and eateries. There is a good fish and meat market and a decent super market. The rest of the mall is currently being renovated.

Very beautiful place, it's all about water; there's a massive lake in-between the two wings of the mall with inbelt fountains at the sides of the joining bridge. Coffee shops are abundant at the sides of the lake. Shops and cinema hall are at one wing and hypermarket occupies the other one.
Parking is a challenge, be patient and you will find a spot.response / report this review -

The mall is lovely with its whimsical facade and lighted fountain night shows. There are shops for everyone ranging in age, gender and price. The restaurants serve a variety of food, coffee, desserts, etc. Adults can enjoy a warm beverage while the children take part I riding the train and other amusements.

Nice heritage souq with an excellent sea front marina.Is with a Big fresh fish market/ Auction center. Fresh chicken and meat also available besides the regular food court and stores

Excellent place for spend with family and friends. Beach view is one of this every one have to visit. Night view is also good.

Half of this mall is currently closed and under construction. There is a great souq here for fish, and at night there are bounce houses for kids and a train that costs 750 fils per person. It's fun overall for the kids.

I love this place with the dancing fountain and the lake in the middle. Good place for the family during the weekend. Not so many shops but they have Sultan, next,Zara, cinema, a food court and many other cafes and shops

Clean, friendly staff & security, half market for fish / meat / vegetables, the other half has quality shops for clothing / gold etc. Also a bunch of good restaurants, ice cream and a train for kids!
