  ***Largest wooden dhow museum***
  The largest wooden dhow (80.4 m long, 18.7 m wide and weights 2500 tonnes) was built between 1997-2000 by Al Hashemi II. Its beside the Radisson Blue Hotel and there is no entry fee, [visiting hours: from Monday - Saturday, Morning: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, Evening: 4.30 pm - 8:30 pm) and Friday: 4.30 pm - 8.30 pm] . Its a kind of Museum with Ballroom. Quite small but interesting. You can find small 8-10 wooden boats in indoor.

  The World's largest wooden Dhow owned and built by Hussein Marafie Al Hashemi. Upper deck is Marine Museum and the lower deck is a ballroom.
